Since 1972, Dennis A. Rosen has been engaged in the general practice of law with a concentration in business transactions and commercial litigation. Dennis has a reputation for blending thorough legal analysis with creativity, practicality and his personal experience in business to resolve a wide range of commercial and business disputes. Dennis’ successful litigation practice in the State, Federal and Appellate Courts has enhanced his ability to procure early out-of-court settlements for many of his clients.
